Delivery Information

PLEASE NOTE LILAC COAST IS CLOSED FOR CHRISTMAS AND ANY ORDERS PLACED WILL NOT BE DISPATCHED UNTIL THE BEGINNING OF JANUARY. HAVE A VERY HAPPY CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR.

We will arrange for the products ordered to be delivered to the address indicated in your order. Please contact Lilac Coast as soon as possible if there is an error with the address or you would like the delivery address ammended.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 days of receipt, but in busier periods this could be longer 5-7 days. We will keep you up to date with your order progress and any problems.

• Standard delivery is 3-5 days-

• XS-£1.45
• S- £2.45
• M- £2.95
• L- £3.95
• XL- £4.95
• Express delivery is 1-2 days. An additional £3.95 per delivery. Orders placed before 12 noon will be dispatched that day. Orders after 12 noon will be dispatched the following day. This applies to weekdays only.
• Next Day Delivery -orders are sent by Special Delivery. Orders placed before 12 noon will be dispatched the same day for delivery the next day.

If you would like your gifts gift wrapped please put a note in the 'Additional Comments' box when placing your order. Gifts are wrapped in tissue paper with logo sticker and there is no charge for this service.

We will use reasonable endeavours to deliver products on or before the date for delivery set out in our order confirmwation. However, we cannot guarantee delivery by the relevant date for our standard delivery options, unless a Special Delivery next day service is selected and paid for.
